What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email. That is:

• Your name
• Your organisation or hospital, if you give one
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give one
• Your reason for contacting us and any message you write

What we do not collect

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites.

Please do not send patient-identifiable health information or clinical records through this website. It is not a clinical system and is not set up to receive them. If you need to discuss a specific case, contact us first and we will agree a secure route.

Why we use it

To reply to you, and to carry on the conversation you started — arranging testing, discussing a partnership, or answering a research or investment enquiry. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays submissions to our email inbox. Your message passes through their systems in transit and is handled under their own privacy terms.

Our email is hosted by Google. Messages you send us are stored in that inbox.

If the site is hosted on a platform such as Vercel, that provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and delete it on request. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action the request.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, or the EU/UK GDPR.
